Renting a golf cart is quick and easy. Just visit our website to check availability for your dates, then choose your cart and checkout. Respond to our email with proof of license and insurance. Once you book and pay, your cart will be delivered right to your home or rental property. At the end of your rental, we’ll pick it up, inspect it, and handle all cleaning and maintenance.

We currently offer the 2025 ICON i60L — a lifted, modern 6-passenger golf cart equipped with a powerful lithium battery for longer range and better performance. It’s street-legal, comfortable, and perfect for cruising. Each vehicle is regularly serviced and maintained to ensure top performance and safety.

• Driver Requirements: Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
• Street Use: Our carts are approved for use on streets with a speed limit of 25 mph or lower. They’re not allowed on highways or boardwalks.
• Safety & Rules: Seat belts must be worn at all times, and all local traffic laws must be followed.
• Parking: Golf carts must be parked in legal car spaces — just like any other vehicle.
• Charging: Rentals come fully charged, and we’ll provide guidance on how and where to charge if needed.

Each rental includes a fully charged 2025 ICON i60L, street-legal for local roads, with seating for up to 6 passengers, seat belts, LED lights/speakers, and a quiet lithium battery. A full safety overview is included at delivery.

To charge the golf cart, just plug it into a standard 110V outlet (20 amp) using the charger we provide. Make sure nothing else is plugged into that outlet. Keep the cart plugged in whenever it’s not in use. While charging, the indicator light will be red and will turn green when fully charged. The lithium battery fully charges overnight. On a full charge, the lithium battery provides up to 40 miles of range — plenty for a full day of cruising around Asbury Park and nearby areas.

Carts must be charged to 50% at the end of the rental to avoid a fee. Please note that carts may arrive slightly below a full charge since they are driven to your location.

Yes, all drivers must submit proof of full coverage auto insurance. No auto insurance? No problem, contact us for coverage during your rental. A valid driver’s license and signed rental agreement are required before checkout.

If you experience any issues, call us immediately. We’ll dispatch support or replace your cart as quickly as possible. We’re local and ready to help.

Our golf carts are fully street-legal low-speed vehicles (LSVs) and must follow all local traffic laws, signals, and signs. They are subject to the same parking rules as standard vehicles.

If you're traveling with children, you must use child restraints that meet standard vehicle safety requirements.

You may not drive on roads with speed limits over 25 mph, and boardwalks, standing water, off-road areas, grass, and sand are strictly off-limits. Please use caution when making turns, as the carts have a wider turning radius.

Delivery is free as long as you are in the following towns: Asbury Park, Ocean Grove, Bradley Beach, Allenhurst, Loch Arbor, and Avon. If you need a cart outside this area please contact us! Note - the further you are from Asbury Park, the lower the battery level may be upon delivery, we drive them straight to you.

All carts are delivered at 2:00 PM and picked up at 10:00 AM on the return date. For alternate times or same-day rentals, please give us a call.

Standard Cancellation

• More than 10 Days Notice:
  Eligible for a 90% refund (10% cancellation fee applies).
• 24 Hours to 10 Days Notice:
  Eligible for a 50% refund.
• Less than 24 Hours Notice:
  Non-refundable.

No Shows

Failure to pick up the rental without notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Weather-Related Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued due to weather.
  If AP Golf Carts LLC cancels for safety reasons (e.g., storms), a reschedule option may be offered.
  Light rain or temperature changes do not qualify for refund or rescheduling.

Early Returns

No refunds are given for early returns.
